IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Consignment fee per head - $50 per head. NO REFUNDS OF THE Consignment fee.

All entry forms, pictures, and videos must be received in the office on or before the Wednesday before the sale of EVERY month or entries will sell as TBA at the end of the catalog.

Good quality full body picture of each horse. Multiple pictures can be texted to 240-440-4841 for uploading to the catalog if necessary.

One good quality video is preferred. Videos will need to be in YouTube link format for uploading to the catalog. If you need help with making a video we can help with that. Videos will not be accepted the day of the sale.

Commission is 10%. Other applicable charges that will be deducted from your Sale Check after the horse has sold are: Yardage $15, Barn Rider Fee $25, Barn Lead Fee $15, Coggins $50.” - also need to add what ever the PO Fee, if it’s $50 as well then just PO Fee $50 added to the previous.

ORIGINAL REGISTRATION PAPERS, SIGNED TRANSFERS AND ALL BREEDERS’ CERTIFICATES MUST ACCOMPANY CONSIGNMENT HORSES AT THE TIME OF CHECK IN.

All hip tags will be drawn by sale management and the horse(s) will be sold in catalog order. No swapping tags.

The preview is part of being in the Catalog. It starts at 10am and is live on Facebook. It is another way to advertise your horse before the Sale starts.
